📌 Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Go to the IMPAK Portal
Open your web browser and navigate to the URL above. The IMPAK homepage will load with the tagline "Learn with Purpose. Grow with Skill."

Click the "Register" Button
On the top right corner of the homepage, you will see two buttons. Click the Register button to proceed.

Fill In the Registration Form
Complete all required fields (● = required):
Field Instruction
Username ● Choose a unique, memorable username (e.g. your staff/student ID)
Password ● Min. 8 chars — must include uppercase, lowercase, digit & special character (*, -, #)
Email Address ● Enter your active email — enter it twice to confirm
First Name ● Your first name
Last Name ● Your last name or family name
City / Town Your current city or town (e.g. Kangar)
⚠️ Important: Your username cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully!

Submit the Form
Review all information, then scroll down and click "Create my new account". The system will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.

Verify Your Email
Open your inbox and look for an email from Admin User (via IMPAK) with the subject:
Subject: Interaktif Modul Profesional Aplikasi Kemahiran TVET: account confirmation
Click the blue confirmation link inside the email to activate your account.
📌 Note: Check your Spam/Junk folder if not found in inbox. Link expires — verify promptly.

Registration Confirmed!
After clicking the link, the IMPAK portal will show a confirmation page:
✅ Your registration has been confirmed
Click the Continue button to proceed to complete your profile.

Complete Your Profile
After confirmation, you will be directed to fill in additional profile details:
Registration Info
• User Type (UniMAP / Public)
• Phone Number
UniMAP User
• Staff ID / Student ID
• Faculty / Department
Public Info
• ID Number (IC/Passport)
• Agency / Department

❓ Common Issues & Solutions
Problem Solution
Confirmation email not received Check Spam/Junk folder. Wait 5 minutes and check again.
Forgot password Click "Forgotten your username or password?" on the login page.
Username already taken Try a different name or add numbers (e.g. ahmad2024).
Cannot access courses after login Contact the IMPAK administrator for enrolment.
